初老初級ジャグラーの日記です。
ジャグリングを始めたのは2004年。ボールと傘を中心に投げたりまわしたりしてます。2005年1月にクラブを始めましたが、いまだに3クラブカスケードしかできません。花籠鞠、一つ鞠も始めましたが、まだ基本パターンもできません。
技の習得には通常言われている期間の4倍から5倍かかりますが、投げていること自体が好きなのでじわじわ続けています。

オフィシャルショー第二段はSpecial show: Wes Peden and Marco Paoletti: 12 pieces of stuff (EJCLive!) (Marco only)!
舞台のはじまりはこんなかんじ。すごく暗かったのでみえるかな？
ジャグリングの絵が壁にいくつかはってあり、Wesはそれにクラブをクラブを書き足しました。
最初はペインティングのパフォーマンスみたい。
それからクラブを手にしました。もうなんというか、へんてこりんな（褒め言葉）技の連続！
なんと形容してよいのかわからないものばかりで、鳥肌が立ちましたよ。
ショー終了時は観客全員でスタンディングオベーション。
Marco はインターネットでLive 中継。映像処理と演奏とパフォーマンスを組み合わせた意欲的なものでした。なんか不思議な空間を体験した感じ。

Wes Peden's show is like having a giant bird made out of old rusty car metal sit down next to you and order a black coffee at your local cafe. It's also like having an overripe grapefruit hit you on the back of the head then turning around and realizing that you never told that girl selling health insurance how good she looked in her rubber boots. It also has some kinda cool juggling tricks in it.
Wes Peden is from a red house on Klein Street but has been living above an angry Russian man in Sweden for the last few years. First contact with this man came on a weekday night when Wes was in the midst of a important discovery that could not be completed silently. Unfortunately this neighbor couldn't understand the importance and beauty of this groundbreaking juggling maneuver. So in his broken english he explains something in which Wes caught the words "shut up" and "police". Wes says all the polite words he knows then closes the door. Not wanting the idea to be lost forever, Wes runs into the kitchen, grabs a pen, and starts to scratch down some drawings and words to keep the trick alive. Stricken with agony, Wes yells at the pen, which has neglected to inform him that it is out of ink, while scrabbling for something else to write with. Seeing an open can of tomato sauce on the counter Wes valiantly pokes his finger into it. Using the sauce like Shakespeare used ink he threw down the idea on the back of a phone bill that was innocently lying on the table. Wes also does juggling shows...

Marco Paoletti has been traveling around the world looking for new ideas how to present juggling and performance. 12 pieces of Stuff is a combined creation with Christian Kielblock in VJ and Milian Vogel in music. 12 different pieces which combine juggling with music, video projection and live camera recording.
