初老初級ジャグラーの日記です。
ジャグリングを始めたのは2004年。ボールと傘を中心に投げたりまわしたりしてます。2005年1月にクラブを始めましたが、いまだに3クラブカスケードしかできません。花籠鞠、一つ鞠も始めましたが、まだ基本パターンもできません。
技の習得には通常言われている期間の4倍から5倍かかりますが、投げていること自体が好きなのでじわじわ続けています。

The Japanese jugglers in Europe and have shown no wizardry beyond a very few simple sleight-of-hand tricks; nine-tenths of their practice was tumbling and posturing and feats of manual dexterity, and whatever real jugglery there was, that made people laugh. But, in one of the Oksai books, and alternating with pictures which are of unmistakably mythological subjects, people have the Japanese thaumaturgist, in picture after picture, performing unexampled feats.
